Recommended Recently Aired Series:

Astronomy Club – This new sketch show produced by Black-ish’s Kenya Barris is on Netflix now, and rather good it is too.

Black Jesus – We’ve yet to see it but the third season was reportedly great stuff.

It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia – Season 14 was a patchy affair but an improvement on season 13, and still pretty damn fun at times.

The Cockfields – This brand new sitcom about an oddball family living on The Isle Of Wight stars Joe Wilkinson, Diane Morgan, Sue Johnston and Bobby Ball and was rather charming indeed.

Zomboat – It wasn’t quite as good as it could have been but this zombie comedy is worth checking out.

Taskmaster – The most recent series wasn’t the show’s best, but it was still fun viewing.

Frayed – Sarah Kendall’s debut sitcom where she played a woman who lost it all and had to move back in with her mother in Australia was all a bit fantastic.

Daybreak – This new Netflix comedy horror series sees the world end and a bunch of high school kids trying to survive it, and is a lot better than we thought it might be.

Bojack Horseman – The first part of it’s final season is now on Netflix, with the second half due to drop in January, and as always it’s hilarious but also heartbreaking viewing.
